Strengths - Which skills, attributes, certifications, and contacts do you bring to this position that no one else can? And what makes you unique?

Weaknesses - which areas can you improve? Do you lack any skills that prevent you from excelling in the position you want to be in?

Opportunities- Does your industry grow? Can you capitalise on competitors' mistakes or gaps in the market?

Threats- Are there weaknesses you have that will prevent you from progressing in your job? Is there anything else that may be holding you back, such as changes in technology?
